"The Old New World" - An Amazing Way to Travel Back in Time

The following is an animation project/short film by Alexey Zakharov of Moscow, Russia. He brilliantly used photos from the archive website Shorpy and drew together threads of memories from New York, Boston, Detroit, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore between 1900 and 1940.

This is a perfect example of the importance of art and visionary process. A picture still says a thousand words and brought to life with music and such passion Alexey's speaks a million.

Stay sweet!
